ORDERS ISSUES

If I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as you discover there is a wrong item, try not to cut out all hangtags and boxes, we will follow up according to your order number and description of the fault.

I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?  

If an item is missing, please contact us with the order number and the name/number of the missing item, and we will resolve the issue for you.

We accept Paypal, bank transfers or FPS.

Is there any charge for using a different payment?

We’d suggest using your local currency to avoid an international transaction fee charged by your bank.

Can I pay after receiving the goods?

Sorry, all payments must be settled before delivery.

Can I get a refund if I cancel the purchase?   

Sorry, a refund is not acceptable once the order is confirmed.

 

DELIVERY

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Once the payment is completed, please expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days within HKSAR area.

How can I enjoy the free shipping cost?

You can enjoy free shipping once purchase up to HK$300 within HKSAR and Macau area.

Can oversea shipment be available?

For overseas orders (i.e. the orders that are beyond Hong Kong and Macau), Please contact us at npenquiry@npasia.com.hk for the delivery charge and the delivery arrangement
